Upon arriving at any one of Our Urgent Care centers, you will
sign in with the receptionist so they may obtain the information
necessary to treat you. They will ask you to fill out a registration
sheet and will scan your medical insurance card and photo ID. At
this point, if you are insured with insurance that we are contracted
with, you will be asked for your co-pay.
Once this is completed, your chart is given to a health care
provider who will take your vital signs and perform a brief medical
history. The medical practitioner will then see you as soon as possible.
What types of insurance do you take?
We accept most major insurance plans. To see the list,

If you are insured by a company not listed on our insurance
information page, your insurance company will be billed and you
would be responsible for any balance due.
Generally our wait times are no longer than 10 minutes. Patients are triaged shortly after arrival in the clinic. Urgent care patients are
seen in order of arrival. Occasionally a particularly sick patient may arrive after you and will need to be seen before you do to the severity
of their illness or injury.
Patients are generally in and out of Our Urgent Care Center in
about an hour. If you require a more intensive examination and
treatment plan, you can expect a little longer of a visit. Medical treatments such as
intravenous fluids, medications, and breathing treatments may be administered in the urgent care clinic. These
treatments can extend the length of your visit.
Our staff will make arrangements if you need to be sent to the
hospital.
We see patients on a walk-in basis without requiring an appointment. This makes prediction of patient flow and waits times uncertain.
Patients are generally seen with a minimal wait time. We have multiple examination rooms and our medical practitioners are experienced at working
in urgent care settings. We recognize that your time is valuable and we work as hard and as fast as we can to give you high quality medical
care in a timely manner.
You may be treated and discharged shortly after being examined. You will need to check out with the receptionist before leaving the
urgent care center.
If prescriptions are required, they will be sent out
electronically via Escripts to the pharmacy of your choice.
Do you do school and sports physicals?
Yes, we do. At a cost much lower than walk-in clinics!
